A key cast member of the groundbreaking comedy show Laugh-In, Buzzi was best known for her iconic character Gladys Ormphby and appeared in numerous television shows, movies, and voice acting roles, including on Sesame Street and in cartoons like The Smurfs. After marrying Kent Perkins in 1978 and settling on a 600-acre ranch near Stephenville, Texas, she was actively involved in charitable work, supporting organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, Special Olympics, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
