The legislation creates a US-Japan-ROK Inter-Parliamentary Dialogue, which will include a United States Group composed of up to 8 Members of Congress (two appointed by the House Speaker, two by the House Minority Leader, two by the Senate Majority Leader, and two by the Senate Minority Leader), with at least one member from each group being from the Foreign Affairs or Foreign Relations Committees.
