This bill appropriates $3.5 million from state bond proceeds to fund the replacement of the Randolph Avenue Bridge (Bridge No. 7272) in St. Paul, Minnesota. The funds will cover a comprehensive project including bridge design, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and roadway reconstruction in the area east of and through the intersection with County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 37 (Shepard Road). The appropriation covers a wide range of project-related expenses, such as internal staff costs, engineering, inspection, railroad permitting, railroad realignment, infrastructure improvements, and utility work.
