This enhanced rate will be the existing rate plus an additional 50% service rate, and the Office of Mental Health will create regulations to implement this, potentially seeking federal Medicaid funding. Furthermore, within 36 months of the enhanced rate taking effect, the Office of Mental Health must evaluate and report on whether access to integrated mental health and addiction recovery services has improved.
