He earned degrees from SUNY Cortland and Elmira College and went on to become a legendary coach at Holland Patent, where he led the baseball program for 38 seasons, accumulating 531 victories and multiple coaching honors. The resolution also recognizes his contributions across various sports, including wrestling, tennis, football, and track, as well as his continued athletic involvement in men's slow-pitch softball.
