This bill introduces a comprehensive healthcare reform package called the "Choose Medicare Act" that would establish a new Medicare Part E public health plan available in individual, small group, and large group markets. The new Medicare Part E plans would provide gold-level coverage, include all essential health benefits and Medicare services, and explicitly cover reproductive health services. Any U.S. resident not already enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other government health programs would be eligible to enroll.
