This bill expands the Pennsylvania Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Screening Program to include colorectal cancer screening services, broadening its scope beyond just breast and cervical cancer. The changes aim to improve early detection of colorectal cancer by providing screening services to a broader population at higher risk, while maintaining the program's original focus on breast and cervical cancer screenings for women.
