This resolution addresses the filling of a vacancy in the Ohio House of Representatives for the 95th House District, which was created by the resignation of Don Jones, effective June 1, 2025. Pursuant to Section 11 of Article II of the Ohio Constitution, the Republican members of the House of Representatives have elected Ty Moore, a Republican, to fill this vacancy.
