The bill also allows for the sharing of personal information from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) with the governing body for the purposes of this system, with specific limitations on the types of information that can be shared, and amends existing laws to permit this data sharing and to ensure that information shared for the system is not considered a public government record.
