Facilities must now publicly display ownership details on their websites, marketing materials, and through the state Department's website. When a facility changes ownership, the new owner must disclose information about their other long-term care facilities, including any enforcement actions against those facilities, to both the state Department and current residents at least 60 days before the transfer.
