This bill authorizes the town of Hudson to grant one additional license for selling wine and malt beverages (alcoholic beverages that cannot be consumed on-site) to Hudson Hives LLC, specifically for their premises at 45 Main Street, Suite 203. The license will be subject to all provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 138, except for section 17, and comes with several specific conditions: the license cannot be transferred to a different location, but can be granted to a new applicant at the same location if they provide good standing letters from the departments of revenue and unemployment assistance.
