This bill removes the requirement for farm vehicles to pay the metropolitan commuter transportation district (MCTD) supplemental registration fee. Under the existing law, most vehicle registrants in this district were required to pay this supplemental fee, but this bill specifically exempts farm vehicles from this requirement.
