Knauss from Tennessee, Hunter Lopez from California, Rylee J. McCollum from Wyoming, Dylan R. Merola from California, Kareem M. Nikoui from California, Johanny Rosario Pichardo from Massachusetts, Humberto A. Sanchez from Indiana, Jared M. Schmitz from Missouri, and Daegan W. Page from Nebraska. The bill serves to officially recognize and remember these service members who lost their lives during a tragic moment in the U.S. military's withdrawal from Afghanistan.
