This bill, titled the "Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026," aims to impose significant sanctions and other measures against the Russian Federation, with an extension of sanctions related to Iran. Key provisions include authorizing the President to impose sanctions on individuals and entities affiliated with or supporting the Russian government, including officials, those involved in the defense industrial base, energy and transportation sectors, oligarchs, and those involved in transnational crime or human rights abuses.
