This bill provides a direct appropriation of $40 million for the Learn and Serve America program administered by the Corporation for National and Community Service for fiscal year 2026 and subsequent years. The funding will be divided with at least 20% allocated to part I of the program and at least 80% to part II, and the bill also provides funding to hire at least 10 additional full-time staff members to support program planning and technological advancements.
