This bill provides a special immigration relief measure specifically for Blanca Martinez, granting her a pathway to permanent resident status in the United States. The bill would allow Martinez to be eligible for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to become a lawful permanent resident, despite any previous immigration restrictions or removal orders. If she enters the United States within two years of the Act's enactment, she will be considered to have entered lawfully and can apply for adjustment of status.
