This bill requires the Pennsylvania Department of State to submit a comprehensive report on election-related complaints within 45 days after an election. The report must include details about complaints received within five days of the election through three specific channels: the Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation, the department's formal election complaint website, and the election day hotline. The report must specify the complaint, the polling precinct and county where the complaint originated, and the actions taken by the department in response to the complaint. Notably, anonymous complaints will be excluded from the report.
