The form must include a detailed overview of tenant protections and a list of legal resources available to tenants who believe their rental agreement violates these laws. The form must be in 12-point boldface type, with special provisions about domestic violence, criminal sexual conduct, and stalking rights highlighted in 14-point boldface type. Within 60 days of the form's creation, landlords must attach the form as an addendum to all lease agreements and post it in common areas of the property, which are defined as spaces generally accessible to all occupants, such as hallways, laundry rooms, playgrounds, and community centers. The state court administrative office must also make the form available in its office and on its website, ensuring easy access for tenants to understand their legal rights and protections.
