The resolution celebrates her vibrant personality, highlighting her passions for cooking, travel, deep-sea fishing, and creating art, as well as her profound love for her family, particularly her sisters and niece. The D.C. Council formally recognizes Bundy's decades of service, her contributions to education and justice, and her embodiment of compassion and community spirit, officially commemorating her life through this posthumous recognition.
