This bill provides a mechanism for interim appropriations (temporary funding) for two specific federal commissions - the National Capital Planning Commission and the Commission of Fine Arts - during fiscal years when regular appropriations have not been established. Starting from fiscal year 2025, if these commissions do not receive a regular appropriation in a given fiscal year, they will automatically receive funding from the U.S. Treasury at the same rate and under the same conditions as the previous year.
