The bill also clarifies that the CRA retains disciplinary authority over a person even after their license expires or they cease operating a marihuana establishment. Additionally, the bill makes minor technical changes to the language of the existing law, such as replacing "pursuant to" with "under" in one section. The bill maintains the CRA's existing responsibilities, which include granting and investigating licenses, ensuring compliance through inspections, collecting fees, holding public meetings, and submitting annual reports to the governor about marihuana regulation activities.
