The bill defines key terms, including "Deli land" (approximately 37.27 acres owned by Deli, Inc., a sphagnum moss production business) and "State forest land" (approximately 31.83 acres currently part of the Black River State Forest). The release is contingent upon Deli, Inc. and the State of Wisconsin agreeing to a land exchange, where Deli, Inc. would convey its land to the state in exchange for the state forest land.
