This also includes payments to TSA contractors who support these personnel. The funding source is the U.S. Treasury, and these expenditures will be charged to future enacted appropriations. The appropriations made available by this Act will remain available until the earlier of: the enactment of regular or continuing appropriations for these purposes, the enactment of an appropriations act that does not include these appropriations, or September 30, 2026. This Act is effective as if enacted on September 30, 2025.
