This bill amends Michigan's Lawful Internet Gaming Act by establishing comprehensive regulations for internet gaming advertisements. The bill requires all advertisements to be approved by the gaming board and comply with municipal ordinances and state laws. Internet gaming operators are prohibited from using deceptive, false, or misleading advertisements and must ensure that no more than 30% of their advertising audience is under 21 years old.
