This bill requires the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Secretary of Agriculture to withdraw a specific final determination about energy efficiency standards for housing, which was previously published in a federal register notice. Specifically, the bill prohibits these agencies from implementing or using federal funds to enforce that determination or any similar determination. The agencies must revert to the previous energy efficiency standards that were in place before the new determination.
