This bill repeals the permissible fireworks advisory committee, which was a group that provided recommendations regarding fireworks. Specifically, it amends a law (RSA 160-C:16, I(a)) to remove the requirement for the commissioner to provide notice to this committee when suspending or ordering the removal of a permissible firework item that poses an imminent threat to life and property, and it also repeals the section of law (RSA 160-C:13) that established the committee itself. The act will become effective 60 days after it is passed.
