This bill expands the responsibilities of the Traffic Safety Commission by adding a new member from the trauma medical review committee, who will be appointed by that committee, and by requiring the commission to review and analyze information and data concerning the causes of traffic collisions in New Hampshire. Furthermore, starting in November 2026, the commission's annual reports, which are submitted to legislative leaders and the governor and detail the commission's activities, findings, and legislative recommendations, will also need to include aggregated data on the causes of traffic collisions in the state for that year and suggest ways to address those causes.
