This bill modifies the Traffic Safety Commission by adding a new member from the trauma medical review committee, which is a group that reviews medical cases related to trauma. It also assigns the commission a new duty: to review and analyze information and data concerning the causes of traffic accidents in New Hampshire. Furthermore, starting in November 2026, the commission's annual reports, which are submitted to legislative leaders and the governor and detail the commission's activities and recommendations, will be required to include aggregated data on the causes of traffic collisions and suggestions for addressing them.
