This bill updates the definition of the "New Hampshire building code" or "state building code" by replacing the 2021 versions of several International Codes with their 2024 editions, including the International Building Code, International Existing Building Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and International Residential Code.
