This bill modifies the composition and operational guidelines for the Clean Water Commission of Missouri. The commission must hold at least four regular meetings annually, with special meetings possible if called by three members. The bill also clarifies that a member absent from six consecutive regular meetings will be considered to have resigned, with the vacancy to be filled promptly.
