This bill authorizes the Governor of Missouri to sell, transfer, grant, convey, remise, release, and forever quitclaim the state's interest in various properties located in Harrisonville, Kirksville, Springfield (multiple locations), Festus, Doniphan, Higginsville, Jefferson City (multiple locations), Richwoods, Jackson County, Marion County (multiple locations), and Nodaway County. For each property, the Commissioner of Administration will determine the reasonable terms and conditions of the sale, which may include appraisal requirements and the timing and specifics of the conveyance, and the Attorney General will approve the legal documents. In two instances involving property in Marion County, the conveyance is to the state highways and transportation commission for a nominal consideration of one dollar or less, with the Office of Administration and the commission jointly setting the terms. Additionally, a property in Cole County is conveyed to the City of Jefferson.
