The bill introduces new disclosure requirements for eligible entities that receive water from a multi-county water conservation district when applying for grants; these entities must now disclose projected water savings, the source of saved water (groundwater or surface water), and their plan for using the saved water. The bill also mandates that the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority adopt rules to implement these changes within ninety days of the act's effective date.
