This bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a grant program to support climate adaptation and mitigation efforts in agriculture. The bill allocates $150 million annually through 2034, with at least 33% of funds reserved for Tribal governments and equal amounts dedicated to proposal development and implementation. Grants range from $7.5 million for proposal development to $15 million for implementation, with federal cost-sharing percentages varying based on the type of applicant, and recipients must submit performance reviews and annual audits to remain eligible.
