This bill establishes a pilot program through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to create or improve a community integration platform that helps coordinate various support services for veterans. The VA will track the accuracy of referrals, provider response times, and meeting outcomes. After three years, the VA will submit a report to Congress about veterans' social service needs, and the Comptroller General will conduct an evaluation measuring the platform's impact on veterans' health outcomes and service access. The goal is to create a more comprehensive, interconnected support system that can help veterans address their diverse needs more effectively.
