These plates can either display the operator's FCC-issued call sign or a lightning bolt symbol to signify their status. The bill also mandates that a list of these plate holders be shared with the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, for emergency coordination purposes only, while other data remains private.
