The report, due by January 31st each year, must cover the previous calendar year and include information such as the number of leases signed and terminated, the total square footage leased and occupied, vacant leased space, the number of owned buildings, key tenants, completed construction and repair projects, financial metrics related to space use and costs, details on any federal buildings disposed of by the GSA's Office of Real Property Disposition, and plans for relocating federal agencies from buildings the GSA intends to sell or leases it won't renew, including funding and tenant input for these moves.
