This bill establishes a Blast Overpressure Task Force within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that must be created within 180 days of enactment. The task force's primary mission is to improve healthcare and benefits for veterans and military members who have experienced blast-related injuries, such as traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
