This bill directs Service Oklahoma (a state government agency) and the Oklahoma Tax Commission to establish an Automatic Vehicle Registration Pre-Payment Program that allows vehicle owners to voluntarily set up automatic monthly, quarterly, or annual electronic payments to cover future vehicle registration fees and taxes. Participants can choose their payment frequency and will have their prepaid funds held in a designated clearing account, which will automatically apply to registration renewal fees when due.
