This bill establishes the Hoosier Scam Prevention Board, a continuing board under the executive branch of Indiana state government, with the primary purpose of collecting and developing information to help prevent scams affecting Indiana citizens. The board will consist of 15 voting members, including representatives from various organizations like AARP, state departments, consumer advocacy groups, and state agencies, appointed by the governor for two-year terms.
