The Attorney General or a prosecuting attorney can seek legal action, including injunctions, against such violations. Importantly, the bill states that these protections do not prevent Missouri officials from cooperating with federal officials or participating in federal task forces, nor do they prohibit providing aid to federal authorities if there is reasonable suspicion of criminal conduct.
