The bill defines "sex" as either male or female, with specific biological definitions provided for male and female, and prohibits individuals from using restrooms or locker rooms designated for the opposite sex, except under the specified circumstances. Furthermore, state agencies are mandated to define an individual's sex as either male or female when creating rules and regulations, enforcing administrative actions, and resolving disputes. Individuals born with a disorder or difference in sex development are to receive accommodations under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.
