It also permits individuals to purchase raw milk, cream, or raw milk products for personal use directly from a farm, with the added requirement that any dairy farm producing these products must test its herd annually for tuberculosis and brucellosis and be free of these diseases before selling. The bill repeals and re-enacts sections 196.931 and 196.935 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo) to incorporate these changes.
