Additionally, it exempts registered nurses and licensed practical nurses administering or procuring single doses of drugs within a hospital setting, individuals working in facilities where drugs are delivered from a pharmacy for patient pickup without on-site dispensing or storage, and those involved in the sale or purchase of animal health products under specific conditions. Finally, it addresses the dispensing and distribution of medical gases and devices by accredited individuals under a medical order. The original section 38-2850 is repealed and replaced by these updated provisions.
