AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of 2025 amending the civil service law relating to requiring the department of civil service to allow municipalities to post municipal employment positions on the department of civil service's state jobs website, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 7237-A and A. 8023-A, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
