This bill amends Arizona law to require that "implements of husbandry" (farm equipment) and construction equipment, when incidentally operated or moved on a highway, must be equipped with specific lighting. Specifically, these vehicles will need two strobe lights on the rear and one strobe light on each side, which can be attached by a magnet. The bill also clarifies that existing lighting laws regarding clearance and marker lamps, reflectors, and stoplights, which previously applied to vehicles like buses, trucks, and trailers, now also apply to these farm and construction vehicles when they are on the road.
