This document, which will be available on the department's website and limited to two pages, must include contact information and descriptions of various resources for veterans, such as substance abuse treatment, educational and workforce programs, tax benefits, driver's license information, unemployment insurance eligibility, legal services, and the Veterans Crisis Line. The requirement applies to employers covered by specific sections of Kentucky labor laws related to wages and hours.
