This bill, titled "Safety Design Standards for Office Surgery Suites," mandates that by October 1, 2026, the Florida Building Commission and the State Fire Marshal must establish new safety design standards for certain office surgery suites within their respective codes, specifically the Florida Building Code and the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
