It also requires the exchange to publicly post information on its website about the average costs associated with licensing, regulatory fees, and other payments, as well as its own administrative expenses, to help consumers understand these expenses, including any funds lost due to waste, fraud, and abuse. This provision is contingent on another bill, HB 1531, also becoming law during the same legislative session.
