The Commission will then compile and verify this information, ensuring it's reported in a standardized format for consistency, and make it publicly available on its website in an aggregated, searchable, and downloadable format, while explicitly excluding any personally identifiable information. The collected data will include average salaries by employee group, rank, and institution type, as well as details on employer-paid benefits, full-time versus part-time status, and year-over-year changes, with the goal of improving transparency, accountability, and data-informed policymaking in higher education.
