Bill Summary
This bill prohibits exercising the power of eminent domain for acquiring right-of-way for, constructing, or operating a pipeline that has the primary purpose of transporting carbon oxide. The bill takes effect upon enactment and applies to all condemnation proceedings instituted on or after that date.
