This bill amends Mississippi's sales tax laws to exempt certain sales of fixed-wing aircraft from taxation. Specifically, it adds a new provision that exempts the gross proceeds from the sale of fixed-wing aircraft if the aircraft is exported from Mississippi within thirty days of purchase and is then registered and first used in another state. This exemption is intended to encourage aircraft sales where the aircraft will not be used within Mississippi.
